Short answer: pick a widget below, copy its snippet and paste it into any page. It is free, needs no account or API key, works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and plain HTML, and shows no ads or product listings. The only condition is that the credit link to CrunchYourDollars stays in place.

Heating cost by state

How it works

The snippet is an iframe, a one-line credit link and an optional script. The script listens for the widget's height (only from crunchyourdollars.com) and resizes the frame so there is no inner scrollbar. Leave it out and the frame keeps the height in the snippet; change that number to suit your layout.

The widgets use a light theme with a transparent background, so they sit on any page. The numbers update when we refresh our data: EIA electricity and fuel prices, and the generator engine behind our full tool. Nothing on your page needs maintaining.
